      To uphold and enhance synergy, collaboration, cooperation and coordination for greater efficiency and effectiveness by providing administrative support and assistance to all departments/programs/projects To attain excellence in the delivery of quality public service which are responsive to the needs and relevant to the present times through introduction of innovations and continuation of time-tested and effective systems. To assist in the implementation, attainment and realization of PGP's policies, projects, programs, goals and objectives.
